Our refund and return policy takes 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a valid reason.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Products that are listed as non-returnable in their description cannot be returned. We also do not accept refunds for products that have a certain testing period after the period has expired.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

There are certain circumstances where only a partial refund is granted:

Software, video game

Any item that, for reasons not due to our fault, has been lost.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return request. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or primary payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missed refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.

Only regular priced items can be returned. Special sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace the product if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it with the same product, send us an email.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter shipped the order to himself to give to you later, we will refund the gifter and he will be notified of your return.
